Once the safari has started, no refunds full or partial will be issued under any circumstances, including missed days, early departures, or dissatisfaction.
30–15 days prior: 50% non-refundable
14–7 days prior: 75% non-refundable
Less than 7 days: 100% non-refundable

A booking is only confirmed after full or agreed payment is received. No verbal confirmations are valid without payment proof.
Failure to pay on time may lead to your booking being released without notice. We are not responsible for any losses caused by delayed payments.
We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate personal details, travel documents, and special requests in advance.
We are not liable for disruptions or losses caused by third‑party providers (hotels, transport, etc.) beyond our control.
Failure to show up without prior notice will result in full charges. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.
