Day-by-Day Itinerary (Northern Serengeti Only)
Day 1: Fly to Kogatende – Arrival & First Game Drive (Ark)
Day 1Depart Arusha by light aircraft to Kogatende airstrip (approx 1.5 hours). Your private guide meets you. After check‑in at Ark, enjoy an afternoon game drive along the Mara River. Overnight at Ark.
Day 2: Northern Serengeti – Full Day Migration Search (Ark)
Day 2Full day dedicated to exploring Kogatende and surrounding areas. Your guide positions you at prime crossing points, listening for radio calls. You may witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the river. Overnight at Ark.
Day 3: Northern Serengeti – Lions Paw / Misako & River Focus
Day 3Transfer to Lions Paw / Misako (luxury tented camp). Continue game drives along the Mara River, exploring different crossing hotspots. Your guide is flexible – you can wait hours for a crossing if you wish. Overnight at Lions Paw.
